Download the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Employment Network (EN) application. The RFP is mostly narrative with a few response pages – most pages require only a signature and a date.
Review the RFP and the instructions for completing the EN application. This is a non-competitive, open-ended award process.
Complete the application, copy, and submit it with all required documentation according to the instructions outlined in the RFP.
